Thank you for your interest in the Town and Country Garden Club (TCGC). For more than 60 years, TCGC has raised and distributed funds to support and enhance our community.

Town and Country Garden Club was formed in 1964 to encourage interest in the beautification and enhancement of our environment and the betterment of our community, through education, club-initiated community projects, and financial support to other community-based non-profit organizations. For more than 60 years, TCGC has developed, supported, expanded and funded a wide variety of programs in successful pursuit of these goals. Through membership fees and fundraising events, TCGC aims to distribute funding to qualified organizations, usually between $5,000 and $25,000 per year depending on available funds.

In addition, TCGC distributes approximately $2,500 annually to qualified applicants to support educational projects, classroom initiatives, and coursework that enhance student learning and school programs.

To be considered for funding, please submit the form below.

Due Date: Please note that applications are due by October 31st. Funding decisions are shared with applicants in February and 80% of the funding is then distributed. The final installment is provided upon completion of the project. Photos, site visits, or other verification may be required.

The application deadline is October 31st.

All applications are reviewed by a Board committee. Selected applicants will be invited to present their proposals to the full membership on the second Tuesday in January. Final funding decisions are made by membership vote on the second Tuesday in February, and award recipients will be notified by the end of February.

Once your application has been received, you will be assigned a TCGC member liaison who will serve as your point of contact and provide guidance throughout the review process.

Please note that additional information or a site visit may be requested as part of the evaluation process. If so, you will be notified in advance. The committee also reserves the right to request supplemental materials as needed, such as a detailed budget, landscaping plans, formal estimates, or receipts.
